Development Land (Residential)

5 Acres of Lush Development Land with Agricultural & Tourism Potential – Carawina, Westmoreland Jamaica This fertile property offers rare potential for eco-tourism and agriculture. A peaceful river runs through, perfect for riverfront cabins, lodges, or farm-to-table retreats. The rich soil supports crops like cassava—used by Red Stripe Beer, which pays farmers to grow it—plus medicinal herbs like cerasee, John Charles, Dog Blood, and cayenne pepper. Ideal for eco-lodges, wellness retreats, or farming ventures, this is prime grassland—not swamp—ideal for development. It’s located near tourism gems like Bluefields Beach, Peter Tosh Memorial, and Zimbali Retreats. Adding to its value, major road upgrades are underway between Ferris and Mackfield by the National Works Agency (NWA). The improved roadway will boost traffic flow, safety, and regional access—part of Jamaica’s broader push to modernize infrastructure. This land is a true gem with strong investment potential.
