Identity Verification confirms limited identity evidence associated with a Jamaica Homes account. It does not confirm property ownership, authority to advertise, professional licensing, listing accuracy, financial standing, housing eligibility, trustworthiness or personal safety. Users must still make their own enquiries.

Stripe securely facilitates a current government-issued photo ID, supported identity details and a selfie-to-document match. Jamaica Homes does not routinely receive or store document images or biometric information. A public Identity Verified badge appears only after a successful, current result; pending and unsuccessful outcomes remain private.

Identity Verification & Account Review is optional and costs J$2,500 one-time. The Jamaica Homes service fee covers third-party identity screening, account administration, exception handling, support and management of the Identity Verified status.
