Landlords, Agents and Advertisers

All advertisers using Jamaica Homes must comply with applicable equal opportunity laws. You must not:

Acceptable Preferences in Listings

The following are generally acceptable when advertising for a lodger or flatmate (where you are sharing your home):

Specifying that the property is suitable for a couple or single occupant.

Requesting a professional or student tenant (where relevant to the property).

Specifying quiet hours or lifestyle preferences relevant to shared living.

Reporting Discriminatory Content

If you encounter a listing or message that you believe is discriminatory, please report it using the Report button on the listing page or by contacting us directly. We investigate all reports promptly.

Consequences of Violation

Advertisers found to be in breach of this policy may face listing removal, account suspension or permanent ban from the Platform. We cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation into discriminatory conduct.
