How Jamaica Homes works

Advertisers are responsible for their listing text. We do not write, edit, rewrite, improve or correct grammar in listing copy.

Listings use disclosed, neutral criteria such as recency, price, parish and paid Featured placement. Featured is paid placement only, not an editorial recommendation.

A Verified marker, where shown, reflects a review of submitted advertiser information. It does not guarantee ownership, licence status, property condition, quality, or transaction outcome.

Our systems route enquiries directly to the advertiser. We do not introduce parties, negotiate, or add commentary to messages.

Jamaica Homes is an independent classified property portal, not a property owner or inventory holder. Listings are placed by advertisers, not 'our properties'.

We charge flat advertising fees only, collect no transaction commission, and never hold deposits, purchase money or other transaction funds.

Advertisers should use accurate information, photos and prices, and update a listing when its availability changes.
