Effective cost per advert is the plan price divided by the full active-ad allowance. Your subscription is charged as one plan, and unused advert spaces are not refundable.

Questions about upgrades
Do I have to pay to advertise?
No. Jamaica Homes offers one free standard listing for every Jamaican. Paid enhancements are optional and subject to the platform's free listing policy.
Can I upgrade a Wanted Ad?
Yes. Wanted Boost is intended specifically to help a Wanted Ad reach more relevant people. Other promotions may be limited to property or service advertisements.
Will paying make my listing verified?
No. Paying for visibility does not verify identity, qualifications, ownership or property details. Verification claims require their own evidence and checks.
What is Priority?
Priority can be granted as part of an eligible Standard Upgrade after activation and the applicable evidence process. It is not the same as verified ownership or a guaranteed sale.
Can I buy more than one upgrade?
Yes, where an advert qualifies. You can combine eligible upgrades; some options may be mutually exclusive or limited by listing status in production.
Does an upgrade guarantee an enquiry or sale?
No. An upgrade can improve how prominently an advert appears, but responses depend on price, location, market demand and other factors.
