Labels describe separate benefits; one does not imply another.
Visibility labels
Homepage Featured ranks first and includes Featured search placement for the same active 30-day period. It is followed by Featured, Priority, Boosted and regular eligible listings. A listing with both Homepage Featured and independent Featured shows one Featured label; an independent Featured benefit continues when Homepage Featured ends.
Contact labels
Free to Contact describes contact eligibility. It does not mean a telephone number is public, and it does not indicate verification or promotion.
Bump-Up, Highlight Colour and expiry
Bump-Up / Refresh is a J$750 one-time governed refresh event for an eligible property listing. Highlight Colour is a J$1,500 time-limited visual treatment for an eligible property listing. Neither creates any independent label or benefit, and expiry or fulfilment affects only that individual product.
Stacking and expiry
Compatible benefits can appear together. When one promotion expires, only that promotion ends; independently active benefits remain. Current available options appear for the relevant advert before purchase.
