How to Renew an Expired Listing
Listings on Jamaica Homes have a set active period. Once a listing expires it becomes inactive, but you can renew it quickly from your dashboard.
How Long Does a Listing Stay Active?
Standard listings are active for 30 days from the date they go live. Featured listings may have a different duration depending on the package purchased. You'll receive an email reminder before your listing expires.
Steps to Renew
- 1Go to Dashboard → My Listings.
- 2Filter by 'Expired' to find the listing.
- 3Click Renew or Reactivate.
- 4Complete the payment step if a renewal fee applies.
- 5Your listing re-enters Pending Review and goes live once approved.
Update Before Renewing
It's a good idea to refresh your photos, update the price, and revise the description before renewing. Fresh listings perform better in search results.
