How to Post an Ad

Step 1: Choose Your Ad Type

Click "Post Ad" in the navigation and choose the type that best describes what you're advertising:

Step 2: Fill in Property Details

Complete the details form with accurate information:

• Title — make it descriptive and specific
• Description — highlight key features and what makes it special
• Parish, town and community
• Price and pricing period (per month, week, night or total)
• Number of bedrooms and bathrooms
• Property size (square feet)
• Furnishing status

Authority to Advertise

Every property advertiser must declare whether they are the owner, an authorised agent, a company or developer representative, or acting under written authority from the owner. This is your declaration; Jamaica Homes does not verify ownership or authority.

Step 3: Add Features & Contact Info

Add clear property photos and select every applicable feature (pool, parking, ocean view, generator and more) so your listing appears in filtered searches. Complete the contact details requested in the posting flow. Contact options are shown to visitors only when they are available for that advert.

Step 4: Preview & Publish

Review your listing and continue through the available posting options. Eligible advertisers may post using their current entitlement; otherwise the relevant checkout option is shown. Once submitted, your listing is reviewed before it goes live.
