- Total asking price in JMD or USD
- Land size (lot size) in square feet or acres
- Built property size in square feet
- Number of bedrooms and bathrooms
- Year built (if known)
- Title type (Registered Title, Strata Title, etc.)
- Planning permission or covenants (if applicable)
- Reason for sale (motivates serious buyers)
