Ways to Contact
Phone
Call or text the advertiser directly. Their number appears on the listing page.
Many advertisers include a WhatsApp number. Look for the green WhatsApp button on the listing.
Enquiry Form
Use the built-in form on any listing to send a message. Your details go directly to the advertiser.
What to Include in Your Enquiry
- Your full name and preferred contact method
- When you'd like to move in (or view the property)
- How many people will be occupying the property
- Any specific questions about the property (parking, utilities, pets, etc.)
- Your budget range if it differs from the asking price
Stay Safe
Never send money before viewing a property in person. Be wary of advertisers who insist on wire transfers or gift cards. See our scam avoidance guide.
No Response?
If an advertiser doesn't respond within 48 hours, the listing may have been filled. Try searching for similar properties in the same area or use a Wanted Ad to let landlords come to you.
