Create a Complete Room or Rental Advert

Include the essentials

Start with the rent, price period, parish or area, availability date and property type. State how many bedrooms and bathrooms are available where that information applies.

Make the arrangement clear

Tell people whether the home is furnished, what utilities or maintenance fees are included, and whether there are important household rules. If the property is shared, explain the shared spaces plainly.

Use current photos

Add bright, recent images of the rooms and key areas. Show the condition honestly and avoid photos that make the home look significantly different from the real space.

Review before publishing

Read the advert as if you were seeing it for the first time. Remove any ambiguity and make sure your contact details and availability are correct.
