How capacity works
Active and pending-review adverts count toward the concurrent allowance. When capacity is reached, publish or reactivate another advert only after a space becomes available. Moderation and eligibility still apply.
Billing and independence
Monthly plans renew until cancelled. Annual plans cover twelve months and do not automatically renew. Unused capacity is not refunded or credited. Promotions, Standard Upgrade, Identity Verification and Jamaica Homes Choice are separate.
