Standard Upgrade: Early Access and Priority
A fixed-period, one-time upgrade with separate account and advert benefits.
Before posting
You may buy a Standard Upgrade before creating an advert. It remains awaiting assignment until you explicitly choose one eligible offered advert or Wanted Ad.
Early Access and Priority
Early Access is an account-level contact benefit after confirmed payment. Priority applies only to one explicitly assigned eligible advert. A pending advert can hold a private assignment but does not display Priority publicly until it becomes active.
What it does not include
A Standard Upgrade does not add advert capacity or automatically create Featured, Boosted, Urgent, Verified or Jamaica Homes Pro status. When it expires, only its own Priority benefit ends.
