Jamaica Homes Ratings
How the overall rating is calculated
The overall rating is the average of the overall star ratings from published reviews.
Simple methodology
We add the overall ratings from all published reviews and divide by the number of published reviews. The result is displayed to one decimal place. Draft, pending, restricted and removed reviews are excluded.
No hidden weighting
We do not give a higher weight to paid profiles, recent reviews or positive reviews. Review sub-ratings for communication, professionalism and helpfulness provide context but do not replace the overall rating.
