How to Search Listings
Find the perfect room, rental, or property across Jamaica using our powerful search and filter tools.
Using the Search Bar
The main search bar on the homepage and browse page accepts:
- Parish names (e.g. Kingston, St James, St Ann)
- Town or community names (e.g. New Kingston, Montego Bay, Ocho Rios)
- Keywords from listing titles or descriptions (e.g. ocean view, gated, furnished)
- Property types (e.g. villa, apartment, studio)
Using Filters
Refine your results using the filter panel on the left (desktop) or tap the filter icon (mobile). Available filters include:
Parish
Filter by any of Jamaica's 14 parishes
Price Range
Set minimum and maximum price
Bedrooms
Studio, 1, 2, 3, 4+ bedrooms
Features
Pool, parking, AC, generator, ocean view and more
Category Tabs
Use the category tabs at the top of the browse page to switch between Rooms, Rentals, Vacation Stays, Property for Sale, Land, Commercial, and Wanted Ads. This quickly narrows results to the type of property you're looking for.
Saving Listings
Click the heart icon on any listing to save it. Saved listings are stored in your Saved Listings dashboard so you can compare them later. You must be logged in to save listings.
