How to Apply a Discount Code

When posting a listing, you can enter a discount code on the payment page:

1. Go through the Post Ad steps as normal
2. On the Choose Your Package payment page, scroll down to find the Discount Code field
3. Enter the code shared with you and click Pay & Submit Listing
4. The discount is automatically applied within the Stripe checkout page

Things to Know

• Discount codes are applied to the listing package price (Standard or Featured)
• Enter the code exactly as it was provided to you
• Some codes are single-use per customer and cannot be reused
• Codes cannot be combined — only one code per transaction
• Add-on prices are subject to the same discount unless stated otherwise

Code Not Working?

If your code isn't being applied, check the following:

• • The code may have expired or reached its maximum number of uses
• • You may have already used this code on a previous purchase
• • Ensure there are no spaces before or after the code
