Advertiser checks

Where a verification review is available and approved, a Verified marker indicates that the advertiser information submitted for that review has been assessed. It is not a guarantee of ownership, licence status, property condition or a transaction outcome. Always carry out your own checks, including through the Real Estate Board register at reb.gov.jm.
