Free accounts
A registered free account has one simultaneous offered-advert allowance. A draft that has never been submitted does not use that allowance. A pending-review advert does, because it may become public.
When you reach your allowance
A further advert stays as a resumable draft until capacity becomes available or you choose an available Jamaica Homes Pro plan. Expired, rejected and deleted adverts do not use active capacity.
Jamaica Homes Pro
- Pro 5 — 5 adverts: J$3,995 monthly or J$39,950 annually.
- Pro 15 — 15 adverts: J$5,995 monthly or J$59,950 annually.
- Pro 50 — 50 adverts: J$9,995 monthly or J$99,950 annually.
- Pro 150 — 150 adverts: J$14,995 monthly or J$149,950 annually.
You buy one plan, not separately charged adverts. The effective comparison assumes every space is used; unused spaces are not refundable or credited.
