Description of Design:
The Tropical Duplex – Ocho Rios Edition by Jamaica Homes reimagines modern Caribbean living with a confident blend of black, orange, and green — a bold nod to Jamaica’s vibrant identity and lush tropical palette. Every line, shadow, and texture of the façade is meticulously composed to balance strength with warmth, urban energy with natural calm.
The structure stands as a statement of architectural clarity — dramatic geometric forms in matte black frame bursts of deep orange, symbolizing both vitality and resilience. A hint of green accents the design, echoing the island’s flora and the rolling hills that meet the sea.
Inside, the kitchen becomes the home’s artistic heart: high-gloss orange cabinetry, green marble counters, and black detailing form a symphony of contrast and craftsmanship. This is not just a home but a lifestyle — luxurious yet grounded, where modern design embraces the Caribbean soul. The outdoor terraces and rooftop spaces invite island breezes, creating a seamless flow between interior refinement and tropical openness.
