This conceptual residential study is composed as a vertically stacked dwelling articulated through deep floor plates and recessed outdoor rooms. Each level is defined by broad concrete slabs that provide shade while framing planted balconies and interior living spaces. Full-height glazing allows warm interior light to contrast with the solid massing, reinforcing depth and scale. The structure balances density and openness, suited to suburban Jamaican conditions where landscape and privacy are equally valued.
