To maintain a high standard of trust and accuracy, all listings must now go through:

This means you can still register and submit a listing using the “Create a Listing” button, but your listing will not be published until your documentation is verified and approved.
Required documents include:
Copy of the Property Title
Photo ID for all registered owners (Passport, National ID, or Driver’s License)
TRN (Taxpayer Registration Number)
Proof of Address for each owner (Utility bill, bank statement, etc.)
Completed Customer Information Form (CIF)
Note: International clients must have the CIF notarized
Agent Representation & Commission Structure
While placing a basic listing on the platform is free, all properties are professionally represented by Dean Jones, Realtor Associate at Coldwell Banker Jamaica Realty and standard agent commissions apply upon a successful transaction.

Dean Jones is a Chartered Builder and Senior Real Estate Professional with more than 15 years of experience across real estate, construction, and digital marketing. With a background in architecture, surveying, and project leadership — including work on national security, police, and educational infrastructure in the UK — Dean brings world-class expertise to the Jamaican real estate scene. He is currently a Realtor® Associate with Coldwell Banker Jamaica Realty.
