The amenities and extras that are included vary from house to house. Certain residents only get access to exclusive benefits within a neighborhood or development. Builders and real estate agents frequently exploit these benefits to lure in purchasers. There is little doubt that the value of a comparable home lacking these additions is lower. Depending on the neighborhood and location, amenities can vary greatly. These can be added for free, however joining the community or becoming an associate may require a monthly or yearly fee. A homeowner is typically required to be a member of the group. It is not possible to not fit in.
