A stepped coastal residence is oriented toward the western horizon, its layered slabs projecting outward to frame uninterrupted sunset views across the Caribbean Sea. The reinforced concrete structure is articulated through cantilevered balconies and expansive glazing, creating a continuous visual connection between interior living spaces and the ocean terrace. A sculpted infinity-edge pool anchors the forecourt, establishing a fluid transition from built form to landscape. The façade composition balances mass with transparency, using deep overhangs to temper solar gain while preserving panoramic outlook. This is a conceptual study of elevated coastal living defined by geometry, climate, and prospect.
