This development is conceived as a low-impact residential cluster, dispersed along the hillside to preserve vegetation, views, and natural drainage patterns. Repetitive modular units are rotated and stepped to follow topography, reducing excavation while maintaining privacy and orientation. Lightweight roof structures accommodate renewable energy systems, reinforcing environmental performance without altering the settlement scale. The proposal is entirely conceptual, testing density, infrastructure, and landscape coexistence in a tropical setting.
