Garden Courtyard House

This conceptual Jamaican residence is arranged as a linear courtyard dwelling, using dense planting and water to moderate temperature and privacy within a compact footprint. The pool operates as a central climatic device, cooling air before it enters adjacent living spaces through large sliding openings. Upper and lower volumes are aligned to maintain visual permeability while preserving shade and ventilation at ground level. Architecture and landscape are treated as a single environmental system rather than separate elements.
