This conceptual residential study is arranged as a two-storey courtyard-oriented dwelling designed to balance enclosure and openness after dark. Deep verandas and recessed glazing create layered thresholds that mediate light, privacy, and ventilation. A restrained material palette of rendered walls, stone elements, and metal balustrades supports durability while allowing warm interior lighting to define the nocturnal character of the building. The composition emphasises calm, proportion, and climatic responsiveness rather than visual spectacle.
