A restrained two-storey volume stretches parallel to the shoreline, its elongated form reinforcing the horizon beyond. The upper level projects as a continuous framed box, clad in dark metal with a timber-lined soffit that softens the geometry and deepens the shaded balcony. Ground-floor glazing retracts into the structure, dissolving the façade and allowing the living areas to extend directly onto the timber deck. The building sits lightly above the sand, maintaining a deliberate setback while preserving uninterrupted sea views. This is a conceptual study of disciplined coastal modernism calibrated to Jamaica’s tropical edge.
