- All consultation payments are final and non-refundable.
This includes telephone, video, or in-person sessions. - Missed Appointment / No-Show Policy:
If you book a specific date and time for your consultation and fail to attend, the full fee is forfeited.
No refunds or partial refunds will be issued.
This is because your time slot is reserved exclusively for you. - Rescheduling:
You may request to reschedule at least 24 hours before your session time.
Rescheduling inside the 24-hour window is treated as a no-show. - Late Arrival:
If you join the call late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
Extra time is not guaranteed. - No Guarantees:
All advice provided during the consultation is based on professional experience and knowledge.
