This tool helps you quickly estimate the Gross and Net Rental Yield of a property investment.
Purpose
Rental yield shows the percentage return on a property based on rental income.
- Gross Yield = rent income ÷ purchase price (ignores expenses).
- Net Yield = rent income – expenses ÷ purchase price (more realistic).
How to Use
